Delete your account and data.

You can ask us to erase your account and everything linked to it at any time, from the website or from the mobile apps. This is your right under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, if you are in Europe or the UK, under the GDPR.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account and profile details
• Appointment requests, care plans and case notes
• Uploaded documents — referrals, reports, prescriptions, certificates
• Support and chat conversations

What we must keep

Invoices, receipts and payment records are kept for 8 years because Indian tax and company law requires it. They are held separately, used only for accounting and audit, and are never used to contact you again.

How long it takes

We acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days. We may ask one question to confirm you own the account before we erase anything.
