You get an organisation portal to manage doctors, accept referrals, schedule appointments and post reports back to the case timeline.
4. Go live in the care network
Once verified, our AI navigator matches users to your facility using speciality, location, insurers accepted, languages and cost tier.
What you share
- Facility profile: name, type, locations, accreditation (NABH, NABL, ISO), about
- Services and specialities offered, including teleconsultation and emergency capability
- Doctor roster: name, speciality, registration number and council for verification
- Coverage rules: insurers accepted, coverage regions, languages, cost tier
- Operational contacts for referrals, scheduling and reports
