These Terms govern your use of the Remote Health Navigation & Care Coordination website and services ("Services"), operated by Nischidha Imaging Services Pvt Ltd. By purchasing or using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of service
We provide remote health navigation and care coordination — case preparation, second-opinion facilitation, provider matching, logistics, and follow-up. We are not a hospital, do not practise medicine, do not dispense pharmaceuticals, and do not provide emergency care. See our medical disclaimer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian.
3. Payments, taxes and refunds
- Prices are shown in INR for India and USD for international users. GST is added where applicable.
- Refunds are available before we begin substantive work on your case, minus payment processing fees.
- Once case preparation has started, refunds are pro-rated at our reasonable discretion.
- Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store card details.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current information and reports.
- Follow the advice of your treating clinicians. Our reports are informational, not prescriptive.
- Do not upload data of others without their consent.
5. Intellectual property
All content, workflows, templates, software, and materials on this site are the exclusive property of Nischidha Imaging Services Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you. Your case data remains yours; we process it under our privacy notices.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your information as confidential and share it only as described in our privacy notices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate on written notice for material breach. Sections that by their nature survive termination will survive.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted. Material changes will be highlighted.
